How can I get in touch with The-Acey?

Head over to our contact us page, you'll find plenty of options but via live chat in the bottom right of your screen is the best option - if we're not there, leave a message and we'll work to respond to you within 72hours

How do I know my size?

All sizes are shown in UK sizes, we have size chart we follow for all garments and we list individual product measurements on each product page. If you're in doubt, leave us a message on our live chat. View size chart here

When will my order arrive?

We're trying to reduce waste in the clothing industry and operate an on-demand order system. This means your piece is made specially for you in our local East London factory, you'll see a delivery date on the product page and again in your email confirmation. 

Can I return an item?

We want to ensure you feel confident making a purchase with us and have peace of mind. We're sure you'll love your Acey piece but when it arrives if you have any problems with it simply visit our returns and exchanges page.

Can I pay with Amex?

Yes of course you can, get those air-miles in - travel is important.

Can I split my payments?

We want good quality, well made clothing to be available at a more affordable price so yes, we offer a payment solution where you can split your order total over 60 days. Interest free with no extra expense to yourself. Pay one third up front, the second third 30 days later and the remaining third 60 days later. Select Klarna at checkout.
